Cuong Nguyen
Cuong Nguyen has spent more than 13 years in recruitment and talent acquisition, working in both agency and internal recruitment environments.
His work has spanned technology, cybersecurity, cloud, software engineering and sales hiring, giving him a direct view of how candidates are assessed, shortlisted and ultimately selected.
Move Theory was founded to give job seekers access to that recruiter perspective: practical, honest guidance on how to position themselves and approach the market.
